Updating your credit card information 💳

Need help updating your credit card information?


Through Vesta:

  • Click "Billing and Subscription" and "Manage Billing"

  • Then once in the payment portal, scroll down to "Payment Method" and click "Add Payment Method" to update your payment method.

Through Billing Portal Directly

  • Or if you're having issues with that route - you can always login to our customer portal directly using your Billing email.
  • Login to our customer portal the steps outlined in this step by step guide here.


PayPal

We previously accepted PayPal as a form of payment, but no longer are able to process payments through PayPal. Sorry for the inconvenience.
