How To Create A Subscriber Form
How to Use Subscriber Forms in Vesta ListSend
Vesta ListSend includes a built-in subscriber form tool that lets you collect email signups and automatically add them to your subscriber list, no CSV uploads required.
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscriber Forms tool
Go to your Subscribers page in ListSend. In the top right corner, click the "Subscriber Form" button. This will open SubForm, the form builder built into ListSend.
Step 2: Create a new form
Click "Create a New Form" and give it a name (for example: "Newsletter Signup" or "Get Updates on Our New Show").
Step 3: Choose your fields
Add the fields you want subscribers to fill out. Common options include First Name and Email. Keep in mind: fewer fields generally means higher conversion, so only ask for what you actually need. Email alone is often enough.
Step 4: Customize your button color
Scroll down to choose a button color. You can switch to hex code input if you have a specific brand color you want to match.
Step 5: Save and preview
Save your form, then use the Preview option to see how it will appear as a standalone page.
Step 6: Share or embed your form
You have two options for getting the form in front of people:
- Embed it on your website: Copy the provided iframe code and paste it into an HTML block on your site. Note: you may need to manually adjust the height value in the iframe code if the form doesn't display correctly on your particular site.
- Share as a link: Use the "View Public" URL to share the form directly. This link works anywhere you'd share a URL, such as Facebook, Linktree, or a bio link.
Step 7: Watch subscribers populate automatically
When someone submits the form, they will appear in your Subscribers list in ListSend automatically. You can then manually add tags to their record (for example: "Newsletter" or "Form").
Managing Multiple Forms
You can create as many forms as you need. All forms currently route to the same subscriber list.
Need a Custom Integration?
If you collect subscribers through another platform (HubSpot forms, your ticketing company, or any other source), Vesta can build a custom connection to bring those subscribers into ListSend automatically. Reach out to your Vesta sales rep or email support@eventvesta.com to get started.
