Managing Social Media Accounts

Adding Additional Accounts

Step 1: Login to Event Vesta and go to your dashboard

Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select the Marketing tab

Step 3: Select Social Media AI

Step 4: Click the Settings or the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Click "Connect a Page"

Step 6: Click "Add Another Page" and select Instagram or Facebook (whichever account type you'd like to connect)

Step 7: For Instagram login with the new account you'd like to access. For Facebook if you have already authorized Facebook accounts, click "edit settings" in the Facebook pop-up.

Step 8: Click "opt in to Current Pages" and make sure the desired pages are selected

Step 9: Make sure the associated business pages are connected

Step 10: Review the permissions granted and click "Save" and then Reconnect or Update (if promoted)

Step 12: Make sure the correct accounts were associated by clicking "Settings"

Step 13: Then click "Connect a Page" to see all associated pages

Removing Accounts

Step 1: Login to Event Vesta and go to your dashboard

Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select the Marketing tab

Step 3: Select Social Media AI

Step 4: Click the Settings or the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Click "Connect a Page"

Step 6: Click the "X" next to the page you want to remove

Step 7: The page will refresh and click the "Settings" and "Connect a Page" to make sure that the page was successfully removed
