How to Accept Invitations to Organizations

Have you been invited to your organization? Here's how you can accept the invite to join!

Once someone in your organization has followed these steps to invite you to the Vesta account, follow these steps to accept the invite:


Step 1: Find the Email:

  1. If you have a new account it will say "Invitation Instructions"
  2. If you have an existing Vesta account it will say "You've been added to [YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME] on Vesta"
  3. For both if you search "eventvesta.com" it should surface the invite.

Step 2: Click "Accept Invite to Join [YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME]"




Step 3: Enter your Name, Password, and select if you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (required) and if you want to join the email list (optional)


Step 4: If you're now past the login option you're in and able to start using the Vesta platform to promote your events!
