How to edit an event

Edits to your events will publish the updated version to the Event Vesta events page as well as some calendars. Please contact us at edits@eventvesta.com when you have made changes. Please note that additional charges may apply for editing events on calendars.


Need to make edits that go out to all publications? Fill Out The Event Edit Form

Fill out our Event Edits Form for event changes, updates, cancellations, etc. Once this is completed our support team will reach out to the calendar partners within 24-48 hours on your behalf.


How Long Do Updates Take?

Updates on third-party calendars typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the partner. Some calendars update within 24 hours, while others with manual editorial processes may take longer.

Important Note

Event Vesta submits your events to calendar partners, but once published, each partner controls their own listings. We can request changes, but we cannot guarantee turnaround times for edits since each partner has their own editorial workflow.

Need to make edits that live just in Vesta? Edit the event in the Vesta platform.


  1. Navigate to your Events dashboard.

  1. Click the name of your event that you want to edit.
  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of your screen to bring open the event menu and select "Edit".

  1. Update any information about your event and click “SAVE AND PROCEED”.

Why do I need to fill out a form then?

Due to the sheer number of edits we get to events that live just in the Vesta platform, we need to build a way for customers to easily communicate which changes needed to be pushed to all calendar listings.


Additionally each event on Enhanced and Featured includes only one edit per event with additional edits carrying an additional cost.
