Accepting a Facebook Co-Host invite

When you create an event in Event Vesta and select Facebook, you will receive a co-host invite in your organization's Facebook account.

  1. When creating your event within Event Vesta, be sure you have selected Facebook under "local calendars".

  1. Log into your organization's Facebook account and go to your Business Page.

  1. Click "Events" on the Preview Tab (not the "Manage Page" side bar).

  1. Find and accept the pending event invites.

Don't see it at the top of the page? Keep scrolling! Sometimes this request will show up at the bottom of your events page.

Alternatively, you can check your email for the confirmation link from Vesta. That link will also contain the link to your Facebook event where you can accept the cohost on the Facebook Page.
