Setting Up Imports
Depending on your subscription tier, you have access to multiple ways to import your events into Vesta.
Enhanced & Premium Tier
On the Enhanced Tier, you have access to two more ways to import your events into our system. This can make Vesta a truly hands-off automated system for you or save you even more time.
Auto-Import
The auto-import option lets you give us a page (or pages) that has a directory of your upcoming events. We automatically scrape that page twice a week (every Tuesday and Friday afternoon) to pull in any new events up to 3 months from start date.
To get started, fill out the form at vesta.fun/autoimport to give us the details of the pages you want us to scrape and import events from.
You'll also need to share some information with us that helps us submit them to the most relevant calendars like whether you want us to create a Facebook event for you or if your events are kid-friendly.
That's it!
We'll let you know via the email you have on your account if we run into any issues. This allows you to get back to putting on great events and focusing on more manual marketing channels. You'll get a report when events are promoted and be able to login to your dashboard to check progress anytime you want.
Link Imports
The link imports option is less manual than inputting all your event information in through our system, but gives you a little more control over which events are promoted than auto-imports.
Whenever you have events to promote, visit the vesta.fun/import form. (It can be helpful to bookmark this link)
You can either upload a CSV using this template with links and a few pieces of information about how you want your events promoted OR you can drop the links into the form one-by-one and we'll take care of the rest.
This way if you have a batch of many events, or just want to save a couple more minutes per events, all you have to do is submit the link to your ticket or information page and we'll do the rest.
Just like auto-imports, you'll get an email letting you know that the submissions have been completed and you can login to your dashboard at any time to check progress or purchase boosts for specific events.
Basic Tier
On the Basic Tier, you can input your events manually via our the Create Event form or by duplicating old events as a template.
You select the publications you want to submit your event details to and any relevant boosts to expand your reach.
