How to Find Vesta Conversions in Eventbrite 📊

Option #1: How to Find Conversions for All Events:

Go to your reporting dashboard in Eventbrite
Go to "Sales by Ticket Type"
Select "All" for the Attendee Status
Select " Configure Columns" and select "Affiliate" in the "Orders section"
Click Update Report
Download as CSV or Excel

That's it! Select the desired events you'd like to get reporting on and hit download to see the total number of tickets sold with affiliate ID = EVENTVESTA!

If you have a lot of events in Eventbrite this report will likely freeze and not let you select your events. If that occurs, please follow the second method below.

Option #2: Find Conversions Per Event

Eventbrite Management Dashboard
Go to "Events"
Pick the event your running the report on
Scroll to the bottom of the left hand navigation panel until you find "Analytics and Reporting"
Select "Sales by Ticket Type"
Select "All" for the Attendee Status
Select the relevant date range for sales for the event
Select " Configure Columns" and select "Affiliate" in the "Orders section"
Click Update Report
Download as CSV or Excel

That's it! Select the desired events you'd like to get reporting on and hit download to see the total number of tickets sold with affiliate ID = EVENTVESTA!
