How to Find Vesta Conversions in Eventbrite 📊

Option #1: Tracking Links Reports

  1. If you setup your tracking links correctly (link to how to do this) this report will work! If not please set them up for future events and skip to step #2 or #3.
  2. Go to "Reporting"
  3. Click "Tracking Links"
  4. Select the events
  5. Click "Run Report"
  6. Look for conversions with Tracking Link EVENTVESTA in the Eventbrite dashboard or download an excel spreadsheet with this information.

Option #2: Sales by Ticket Type for All Events (deprecating Dec 31, 2024):

  1. Go to your reporting dashboard in Eventbrite
  2. Go to "Sales by Ticket Type"
  3. Select "All" for the Attendee Status
  4. Select " Configure Columns" and select "Affiliate" in the "Orders section"
  5. Click Update Report
  6. Download as CSV or Excel

That's it! Select the desired events you'd like to get reporting on and hit download to see the total number of tickets sold with affiliate ID = EVENTVESTA!

If you have a lot of events in Eventbrite this report will likely freeze and not let you select your events. If that occurs, please follow the second method below.
