Adding Affiliate Links To My Tickets đź”—
Are you promoting ticketed events through Vesta? Learn how to maximize your results by adding an affiliate code to all your tickets!
Why should I use an affiliate code?
If you want to get a clearer picture of your ROI from Vesta, you need to add a ticket affiliate code. When you promote your event through Vesta, we can tell you how many people land on your ticket page, but not how many purchase tickets.
Providing us with a ticket affiliate link fixes this and helps us track how many people buy tickets from the promotional work Vesta does!
How to Create an Affiliate Tracking Code:
Each ticket system has its own way to setup affiliate tracking codes. We’ve linked many of those below for you to find!
- For the affiliate tracking code, we recommend using “VESTA” to easily attribute ticket sales to our promotion!
Eventbrite:
- Go to your Event
- Click "Marketing"
- Click "Tracking Links"
- For the name type "EVENTVESTA" in ALL CAPS.
- Why? This is what our system is automatically appending to your tickets
- Click "Create"
- If you need help setting up the promotional tracking links, read this article on the Eventbrite Help Center.

- On future events included in Vesta, be sure to include "vesta" in your ticket URL entered into Vesta by adding it to the end with: &REFID=vesta
If you are using Bit.ly, Found.ee, Linktr.ee or similar links, you will have to create a unique link for your affiliate tracking code.
