Setting up Social Media Accounts
Follow the steps below to connect your social media accounts to Event Vesta and enable social media automation and content creation.
Step 1: Login to Event Vesta and go to your dashboard
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select the Marketing tab
Step 3: Select Social Media AI
Step 4: Click on the account you'd like to setup first.
Pro Tip: If you're Instagram is a different login than your Facebook, we would recommend clicking "Instagram Direct or Creator" as the first channel you setup.
Step 5: Login in and authorize the account, giving us access to the page you'd like us to pus under.
Step 6: You'll know this is complete when you are brought back to the social media management page. To add the other accounts, click the Settings or the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
Step 7: Select Connect a Page to connect the accounts you’d like to use. This allows Vesta to be set up as an authorized app on those platforms.
Step 8: Click "Add Another Page" and the channel you'd like to connect
Note: If you're having issues setting up Instagram since it has a separate login from Facebook, make sure to select "Instagram Direct (Business or Creator)" on the "Connect a Page" step to login with the Instagram page.
Step 9: Then repeat the process until all relevant pages have been added!
