Why does my paid event say it's free?

Does your paid event show up as "Free" in Vesta? We can help you fix that.

Step 1: Login in

Step 2: Click edit on the event (need help finding this, click here)

Step 3: Scroll down to the What Does It Cost? section

Step 4: Add the ticket price for your event into "Cheapest Tickets" field

Step 5: Click "Save as Draft" if you're not ready to promote the event yet or click "Update or Save & Proceed" to update the price

That's it! Once you've followed those instructions it'll be updated to the ticket price and no longer say free!
