You need to be on the Enhanced or Premium Tier plans to access Exclusive Calendars. Learn more about pricing tiers here.

Enhanced Tier gives you access to add up to 3 Exclusive Calendars at time of writing this.

Premium Tier gives you access to add up to 10 Exclusive Calendars at time of writing this.

**Add additional custom private calendars for $2 per event per calendar.

What Are Exclusive Calendars on Event Vesta?

Exclusive Calendars in Vesta allow you to add a few calendars to your account that won't show up on anyone else's accounts.

There are two main use cases for Exclusive Calendars:

1. Industry-Specific Calendars

Sometimes you may want to promote to a calendar that is specific to events in your industry.

Some examples of this are Broadway World, Jazz Near Me, or Running in the USA.

We can't add these calendars to our general network for events in most markets because it doesn't make sense for anyone hosting an event to submit to them.

Now, you can use this form to add calendars like this to your account as Exclusive Calendars.

2. Calendars That Require A Private Login

Some calendars require you to create a login yourself as an event organizer. For example, the Do Stuff Network and many Visitors Bureaus like Visit KC.

For those calendars, we cannot setup an account for you, but we can now support automating your submissions to those calendars.

Create your private login to a calendar on their site. Then use this secure form to submit your login information to be shared to our system.

That's it! You'll now be able to select that calendar when promoting your events through Event Vesta or have it added to your auto-import promotions.
