Pricing Tiers & Plans
To better accommodate the different needs of different types of events and sizes of event organizations, Event Vesta introduced pricing tiers in 2023.
This change helped us add premium features that cost more to manage to higher tier plans so that we can keep the Basic Tier as accessible as possible while providing additional features and support to Enhanced Tier and Premium Tier customers.
We will do our best to keep this article up-to-date, but you can also find up-to-date pricing information on this landing page.
All pricing is a subscription based on the number of events you plan to promote. Credits for event promotion do not roll over, but please contact us if you think your subscription is for too many events (or too few!). We'll get you right-sized. You will choose when signing up or changing plans a number of events based on the billing period (monthly or annually).
*Recurring events count as 1 event per month. Some calendars require us to re-submit recurring events and this allows us to keep our systems updated and running.
To change your tier after you already have an account, you'll need to contact support@eventvesta.com and let us know which tier you would like to upgrade or downgrade to.
Basic Tier
Event Creation Options:
With the Basic Tier, your only option to promote events through Vesta is to login to your account and add them manually in our system. From there, you will still be able to publish to various websites in your market with just a few clicks.
Number of Markets:
A market is a region, city, or community that we have a network of community calendars setup for.
These are often a city, but can be a county or region in less populated areas. It can also be neighborhoods or areas of a city in massive metro areas like Dallas-Fort Worth, New York City, and Los Angeles.
On the Basic Tier, you have have access to one market. This is perfect if you just have one location or you only host events in one city/area.
Boost Options:
All tiers have access to optional additional boosts. If you want to promote your events to nearby cities (where the event is not being hosted), talk to us about how to use boosts to do that.

Enhanced Tier
Event Creation Options:
With Enhanced, you can still login to your account, but you'll also have the option to partially or fully automate importing event details into our system to then be distributed.
You also have access to Auto-Imports (fully automated based on a ticketing page, event calendar on your website, or Facebook page) and Link Imports (partially automated based on links you send us).

Number of Markets:
On the Enhanced Tier, you have have access to five markets. If you host events in multiple cities or areas, this is the best option for you.
Even if you only host events in one market, lots of companies still use the Enhanced Tier for the other features.

Premium Tier
Event Creation Options:
Premium Tier customers have all the same import options as the Enhanced Tier. Manual, Auto-Import, or Link Imports.
Number of Markets:
One account to access promotion networks in any of our available markets across the US.
At time of writing this, we have 209 markets open and actively managed. Premium is ideal for customers that host events in more than 5 cities.
However, some customers still use Premium Tier to promote to 5 or less markets because they want access to the other features and premium support.
