All About Markets 🌆
You might have seen us refer to "markets" multiple times during our conversations or in our materials in a short form. Below is a full breakdown of what we mean when we say markets and how you can access the right one!
What is a Market?
In our system a "Market" is a pre-set list of publications for a given geographic area. These can sometimes cover whole areas up to a single county (like Loudon County in DC) or can cover just a specific city with multiple markets per metro area (like Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater in Tampa Bay).
How can I find the right market for me?
You can see all of our active markets in this article. If you can't find the right market for your event then please reach out to our support team to ask what is the best market for your event!
How can I promote my events in multiple markets?
- If you are hosting events in multiple different venues that take place in multiple markets (like as a touring band or a Restaurant Group) then we can grant you access to more than one market, with the maximum depending on the plan you're on.
- If all of your events are hosted at the same location then you will be limited to one market. However if there are additional publications you need access to, then we might be able to set those up in our system as "exclusive" calendars.
How many markets can I add?
- If your events qualify for multiple markets because they take place in multiple different cities, then the maximum number of markets is determined by your plan. To see the market limits by plan type, read our pricing explainer here.
